Christina Correira

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

With over 15 years of leadership experience, Christina Correira is responsible for all aspects of human resource and human capital management at Triple Canopy. A dynamic HR professional, Christina has worked with several corporations to drive organizational change, productivity and performance. Prior to joining Triple Canopy, Christina was the executive vice president of human resources for Avaya Government Solutions Inc. (formerly Nortel Government Solutions). At Avaya, Christina helped to streamline the human resources function by leading several integration efforts and designing policies and benefit programs leading to process improvements and cost reductions. She also led the integration of the Nortel and PEC government businesses.

Christina previously served as corporate counsel and director of human resources and contracts for Communication Technologies (COMTek) in Chantilly, Va. There she was able to support the expanding commercial telecommunications business, along with the government contracting practice. Christina also worked as vice president of human resources at VAXCOM Services, a U.S. government contractor primarily serving the intelligence community.

Christina holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from George Mason University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in international development from The American University. She is also an active member of the Virginia State Bar.
