Juliet Protas has 15 years of corporate legal experience and specializes in government contracting, acquisitions, securities and commercial agreements.
At Triple Canopy, Juliet is responsible for all legal matters and governance of the corporation and its subsidiaries. She also oversees the compliance, government relations, security and corporate development departments.
Before joining Triple Canopy, Juliet worked for nationally-recognized law firms, including Sonnenschein, Nath and Rosenthal. Juliet is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Missouri, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois, where she earned a juris doctorate. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
