
As senior vice president of strategic initiatives, Ray Randall oversees Triple Canopy's risk management service offering and is responsible for global marketing, proposals and business development efforts. With more than 25 years of military experience serving with the U.S Army in Special Operations units, Ray is a talented security professional with a strong skill set in leadership, management and training.
Ray has built an accomplished career at Triple Canopy, joining the company in 2004 as deputy director of security assessments, and promoted a few months later to senior director of contracts and proposals. His quick and hard-earned success soon led him to take on the position of senior vice president of operations, where he administered corporate level oversight of Triple Canopy's contracts and management of personnel deployed in high-risk locations around the world. Most recently, Ray served as vice president of special projects, leading major company efforts to include mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Triple Canopy, Ray worked as a security consultant for GEM Technology and the Department of Energy (DOE) at several National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) sites and for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) on security-related projects. Ray has a master's degree in administration from Central Michigan University. He also holds a bachelor's degree in management from Liberty University.
